Camp Bowers Camp Staff

Thank you for your interest in joining the Camp Bowers Staff. Staff fall into one of three categories: CIT’s, Jr Staff, and Sr Staff.

CIT’s are our youngest staff members at 14. They will generally only work Staff Week and the first two weeks of summer camp, though this may be extended based on the needs of the camp. This is an unpaid position, but provides valuable experience and skills. CIT’s who apply to be Jr staff will generally see a pay raise for their first year on staff.

Jr Staff are staff members between 15 and 17. This is a paid position and staff are expected to work staff week and all four weeks when we have campers.

Sr Staff are any staff 18 or older. This is a paid position and staff are expected to work staff week and all four weeks when we have campers.
